New site layout

The site now has a new skin wrapped around it since I moved my content management over to WordPress. Anyone familiar with blog software knows this system – and it’s a pretty sweet setup. I’m using the older version (2.0), but I will go through the process of installing the upgrade soon to take advantage of the widgets feature that I’m using in some of my other blogs: The Evolving Contact Center and the ManufactuRing of Fire. I use Blogger for ContactCenteRevolution. By using two systems, I’m trying to decide which interface and feature-set I prefer most. In a few months I’ll offer my take on the two and who knows, maybe it’ll be helpful for someone else trying to decide between the two.
