Another New Blog

Check out my new blog, Contact CenteRevolution. The blog will serve as a forum for my ideas and suggestions on how contact centers can be optimized for maximum value through technology and process. I hope you find it interesting and helpful.

The search is over

Starting Monday, September 25th, I will begin a new job with Interactive Softworks, a Virginia-based technology company that provides enterprise software products and technologies for creating and managing complex, business-driven enterprises using service-oriented architectures (SOA), business-process management (BPM) and client-facing communication technologies.

I will serve in a dual role as a marketing and sales executive. On the marketing side, I will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s overall marketing strategy. I will also have a sales responsibility complete with a territory, vertical specialty, and an annual quota. I am particularly excited about this component of my new role at Interactive Softworks because I have not had a specific sales responsibility in previous positions. I look forward to adding sales experience to my resume and believe that the marriage of marketing management and sales experience will make me an even more valuable resource.

I am also pleased to be working with colleagues from previous employment. I will report to Loyd Olson, my former manager at Eshare Communications, with whom I have developed a great relationship over the years. I will also be collaborating with other former colleagues from my Eshare days – so I will have plenty of friends right off the bat!
